Terms of Service

Clearivo provides four personal organisation tools under one account: a dividend calendar, a subscription tracker, a trip planner and a daily journal. We may improve, change or retire features over time; if we remove something significant from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Clearivo.
• Give a valid email address and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Let us know at support@clearivo.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Free plan is free forever with usage limits (for example, a limited number of stocks, subscriptions and trips, and 30 days of journal history). Pro removes those limits and adds extra features such as exports and renewal alerts. The current limits and features are shown on the billing page in the app.

• Pro is a subscription billed in advance each month through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
• It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partially used months — except as described below or where the law requires otherwise.
• If we change the Pro price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
• If a payment fails, your account may return to the Free plan. Your data isn't deleted — you just can't add more than the Free limits allow.

If you're a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your first Pro purchase within 14 days of subscribing and receive a full refund. Just email support@clearivo.appfrom your account's email address within that period. This applies to your first subscription, not to later renewals.

Everything you enter into Clearivo stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the content you add and for having the right to add it.

Please don't:

• break the law, or use Clearivo to harm others;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or probe, disrupt or overload our systems;
• scrape the service, automate account creation, or get around plan limits;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

Dividend data, income projections and cost totals are provided for information only. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and projections assume past dividends continue. Nothing in Clearivo is financial, investment or tax advice — check important figures with your broker or a qualified adviser before making decisions.

We work to keep Clearivo available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend keeping your own copies of anything important — Pro includes export tools for this.

You can stop using Clearivo and delete your account at any time from Plan & account in the app, or by emailing support@clearivo.app. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; unless the situation is urgent or illegal, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or investment losses), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes are handled by the competent Bulgarian courts. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring claims there.

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Clearivo after that means you accept the updated terms.
